ABOUT THE TEAM
Fulton Events is led by the powerhouse duo of Caitlin Fulton Kuchemba and Kellie Strain. Caitlin started the business in 2015 with Kellie joining shortly after. Together they built the business over 10 years and found that their complimentary planning and design skillsets were the perfect combination. Kellie became an official partner of Fulton Events in 2024.

Meet Caitlin
Founder & Creative Director
Caitlin Fulton Kuchemba is the fearless namesake behind Fulton Events. While her first name Caitlin, Fulton is her middle name, a beloved family name, and a nickname that inevitably stuck.
Our couples love her confidence, unmatched taste, and approachability. As Creative Director, she spearheads design concepts intimately unique to each couple.
Caitlin lives in the Pocono Mountains with her husband, Adam, daughter, Maeve, and their Wire-Haired Pointing Griffon, Susque, named after the Susquehanna River they both grew up along.
Meet Kellie
Partner & Principal Planner
Kellie Strain is the organizational powerhouse behind Fulton Events. She began her career in financial operations and now leads the planning process for our Fulton couples.
Her high-energy and friendly demeanor are infectious. Kellie truly embodies the Aloha Way of Life—the coordination of heart and mind deeply rooted from her years growing up in Hawaii.
Kellie and her husband, Joe, live in New Jersey with their daughter, Logan, and dogs, Boone and Otis.
Meet Kate
Event Producer
Prior to joining Fulton, Kate Michener ran her own successful wedding and interior design company.
As Event Producer, Kate works alongside the team to bring all design concepts to life and oversees wedding day production.
Being an interior designer, she is constantly rearranging and redesigning her home in Philadelphia where she lives with her husband, Brian, and dog, Maizy.
The Fulton team brought life and fun back into planning. Their expertise comforted me, guided me, and elevated our wedding to levels I couldn’t have previously dreamed of achieving.

Fulton supports the Engage! Foundation, which provides financial aid and support to event professionals seeking to make a positive impact on the community.
